Cancellation policy
Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
- To avoid being charged for the next order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date
- Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled for that shipment
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription or recurring order, you may:
- Log into your customer account and manage your subscription settings

Order Cancellation (One-Time Purchases)
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- After 12 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled
Expedited Orders
- Orders placed with 1-day expedited shipping are processed quickly and cannot be canceled once submitted
Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Eligible canceled orders will be refunded to the original form of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution
Modifications
We currently do not guarantee order modifications once an order is placed.

Policy Enforcement
D Cope Elite Beard Grooming reserves the right to refuse cancellations or refunds if policy terms are not met or if abuse of the policy is suspected.
